  The takeaway cup is very soft and the cap isn’t secured. When the lady passed us our takeaway the drinks immediately spilled out. Not only that she used a dirty cloth to clean the cup. All she did was give us a new plastic bag. We asked for a new cup because the drinks were spilled. She ignored us. Horrible service. More
