Perfectly crispy and just the right bit of grease. This particular plate of bot chien has papaya on top which is interesting texturally but personally got in the way of the good stuff underneath. This is gonna be a regular evening snack for sure.

Crispy dough with an egg shredded green papaya spring onions and cracklings. Dish is served with a sweet dipping sauce. Shop is run by an elderly couple. There is something special about eating this divine platter of crispy and greasy goodness on plastic chairs while having a view on the nearby park. Love it!
